Lidocaine HCl 2% Injection – 100mg (per vial)

A fast-acting local anesthetic for infiltration, nerve blocks, and intradermal analgesia. Ideal for aesthetic and medical procedures.

Key Features:

• Rapid onset, short duration

• For local/regional anesthesia (injection, nerve blocks, epidurals)

• Crosses blood-brain and placental barriers

• Metabolized by liver, excreted by kidneys

• Half-life: 1.5–2 hrs; caution in liver impairment

• Max dose: 4.5 mg/kg (300 mg) without epinephrine; 7 mg/kg (500 mg) with epinephrine

Use with Dermal Fillers:

• PLA (PCL): Add 1 mL to 5 mL filler + saline

• CaHA: Dilute to 0.3%

• HA: Add to reach 0.3% final concentration
  (Shake/mix thoroughly)

Intradermal Use:

• Apply 0.01–0.05 mL per site

• Perform procedure within 10 minutes

• Use on intact skin only

• For professional use only

• Monitor for toxicity and methemoglobinemia

• Avoid in patients with amide allergies

• Use caution in pregnancy and while nursing
