HYALACE
$200.00
Hyalace is injected using the Bolus technique with 29–30G needles into the superficial dermis (1–2 mm) for precise, comfortable treatment. Typical doses: face 1–2 mL, neck 1–3 mL, under eyes 0.5–1 mL, hands 4 mL, body up to 5 mL. Procedure involves skin preparation, careful mapping of injection points, and post-care instructions to avoid sun, makeup, and strenuous activity.
The injection process for Hyalace is a meticulously designed and clinically tested procedure aimed at achieving maximum efficiency and client comfort. The protocol involves the use of pre-filled syringes and follows the Bolus technique for precise application.
Procedure:
| • Anesthesia: Local anesthetic cream • Techniques of Introduction: Bolus • Needle Type: Needle (29-30G x 13 mm) • Depth: 1-2 mm (superficial subcutaneous layer) |
Amount of Product: • Face: 1 – 2 mL • Neck: 1 – 3 mL • Under the Eyes: 0.5 – 1 mL • Body: Up to 5 mL • Hands: 4 mL for both |
Step 1. Preparation
1. Ensure a clean and sterile environment.
2. Gather necessary equipment: pre-filled syringes, 29G needles, and alcohol swabs.
3. Anesthetize the skin with anesthetic cream in preparation for treatment.
4. Remove the anesthetic cream and clean with chlorhexidine the injection area.
Step 2. Administration
Mapping:
- Plan injection points to support progressive diffusion through sub-dermal patterns.
Zygomatic Protrusion:
- Identify the zygomatic protrusion at least 2 cm away from the external corner of the eye.
Tragus:
- Locate the tragus and mark a point 1 cm anterior to the bottom of the tragus.
- This point serves as a reference for specific treatments related to the tragus area.
Mandibular Angle:
- Identify the mandibular angle and mark a point 1 cm above it.
- This reference point aids in procedures targeting the mandibular angle.
Chin:
- Draw a vertical line in the center of the chin.
- Draw a perpendicular line one-third from the top of the vertical line.
- From the point of intersection, move 1.5 cm towards the oral commissures.
- This precise marking assists in determining specific treatment areas on the chin.
Nasal Base:
- Draw a line connecting the nostril and tragus
- Draw a perpendicular line starting from the pupil
- Locate the injection point at the intersection of the 2 lines
Injection:
- Employ the Bolus technique for controlled and smooth release of Hyalace serum.
- Deeply inject the pre-filled syringe into the dermis, minimizing tissue distension and irritation.
- Consider using a 29G/30G needle for extraction if needed, owing to the serum’s low viscosity.
Post-Procedure Care:
- Advise patients on aftercare, including avoiding excessive sun exposure, makeup, or strenuous activities.
- Provide any necessary post-injection instructions or prescriptions.
