Administration Guidelines

Preparation

• Check packaging integrity and expiration date
• Required items: NAD+ vial (lyophilized powder), Sterile Water (WFI), saline bag (100–250ml), IV set, alcohol swabs
• Allow vials and saline to reach 20–22°C
• Wash hands and disinfect vial tops
• Reconstitute NAD+ powder with 10ml sterile water

Administration

• Transfer reconstituted NAD+ solution into a 500ml saline bag
• Remove air bubbles and prepare IV infusion
• Select suitable vein (commonly arm or hand)
• Insert IV needle and secure in place
• Begin infusion; adjust flow rate according to patient tolerance (first infusion ~90 minutes)
• Monitor for adverse reactions such as dizziness, nausea, or headache

Completion

• Remove IV needle and apply sterile gauze pressure
• Dispose of used vials, needles, and IV sets as medical waste

Storage Instructions

• Before Reconstitution:
  • Store between 2–8°C (36–46°F)
  • Keep in original packaging, away from light, heat, and moisture
  • Store in a dry and stable environment
• After Reconstitution:
  • Best used immediately
